- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), preferred appointment date, the service you are asking about, and the content of your message.
- Booking: appointments are currently arranged by telephone or through the contact form on this website. If an online booking platform is introduced, it will be named here and will process your details under its own privacy policy.
- Direct contact: anything you choose to tell us by phone, email, text or social media.
Information collected automatically
- Website analytics: this website does not currently run any analytics or tracking service. If one is added, it will be named here before it goes live.
- Cookies: this website sets no cookies of its own and shows no advertising. One third-party embed is used and may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy: a Google Map on the contact page. Your browser can block third-party cookies if you prefer.
Health and sensitive information
Some services require us to ask about allergies, sensitivities, contact lenses, recent treatments or skin conditions so that we can work safely. We collect only what is necessary for the service, keep it confidential, and do not use it for marketing.
How we use your information

You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us on 778-772-447, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide a service or hold an appointment.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only where it is needed to run the business:
- Website hosting and the contact form: the provider that hosts this site and delivers form submissions to us.
- Maps: the contact page embeds a Google Map so you can find the studio.
- Payments: no payment details are collected through this website.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We may disclose information where required by law. Some providers store data outside Canada, which means it may be subject to the laws of that country.
Communications
Appointment confirmations and reminders are transactional messages related to a booking you made. Any promotional email or text is sent only with your consent and includes a way to unsubscribe, consistent with Canada's anti-spam legislation (CASL).
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as long as required by law — for example, financial records must be retained for tax purposes. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted once they are no longer needed, and client records are kept only as long as they are needed for your care and for the periods Canadian tax and business record rules require.
How we protect it
We use reasonable physical, organisational and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including limiting access to those who need it and using reputable providers with their own security measures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Under British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act, you may:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you and how it has been used.
- Request access to that information.
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
